The Parco regionale del Delta del Po is a fascinating mosaic of lagoons, river arms and submerged forests. In this unique landscape, sky and water merge to create atmospheric scenes that are particularly magical in the early hours of the morning. The Po Delta is one of the most important wetlands in Europe and is home to numerous bird species. In this gallery I show quiet waterways, flooded forests and golden light moods, taken in the early days of May.
